  • National Charter School Policy Forum Report 2008
  • "Review of Charter School Legislation Provisions Related to Students with Disabilities" examines charter school statutes in 29 states & special education provisions within extant statutes in February 1998.
  • "Charter Schools & Students with Disabilities: Review of Existing Data 1998" (November 1998) summarizes existing research data & policy-relevant analyses that have focused on charter schools & students with disabilities.
  • "The Charter School Roadmap" aims to guide policymakers through issues that need to be examined when developing or assessing charter schools legislation.
